Chauffeur Driven
We offer a discreet and comfortable car rental service
in the most luxurious vehicles with specially trained
chauffeurs at US$ 25 per day within Kenya and US$ 35
per day outside Kenya.
Working hours are from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs. After hours
additional charges are US$ 5 per hour.
INSURANCE
WAIVER
Third party insurance (waiver) and property damage as
well as legal liability cover for passengers is included
in the car rental rates. Waiver does not cover loss
of tyres, side mirrors, spare tyre(s) and other tools
and accessories.
TANZANIA AND UGANDA
By prior arrangements, vehicles hired in Kenya may be
driven into Tanzania and Uganda.
Additional cost of US$ 375 for documentation including
licenses, insurance, permit, etc will be levied over
and above the car hire rate.
GENERAL
CONDITIONS
The hirer and/or authorised driver must have held a
full and valid drivers licence for a minimum of three
(3) years upto and including the time of hire and driving
licence must bear no current endorsement during the
last three (3) years.
A driving licence from the country of residence or any
international driving licence is generally acceptable,
provided the validity is as above.
DRIVERS
AGE
The hirer or authorised driver must be over 25 years
of age and under 70. The hirer or authorised driver
must be in possesion of proper means of identification
other than a driving licence. Self-drive cars are hired
subject to the company's standard form of agreement.
DEPOSIT
Full payment for period of car rental is to be made
prior
to taking over the vehicle. In addition, a re-fundable
deposit of US$ 950 for saloon cars and US$ 1250 for
4WD cars will be required before hirer can take over
the vehicle.
COLLISON DAMAGE WAIVER
(CDW) & THEFT PROTECTION WAIVER (TPW)
The damage to the vehicle or loss (due to theft) can
be waived on payment of CDW & TPW. However, the
customer is liable for the excess of US$ 1500 on Group
A, B, C, and D and US$ 2250 for Group E, F, G and H.
SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (S.CDW)
On payment of this optional waiver, your liability is
reduced by 50% in the event of damage or theft.
PLEASE NOTE:
Vehicles under Group A, B, C, and D are unsuitable to
use on unsurfaced roads. The renter will be chaged for
all damages, repairs and towing charges resulting from
the use of rented vehicle(s) on such roads. |
